Juju & Cece’s Lemonades, a business founded by sisters Juliett and Gracie Reid-Ventura, has reached a major milestone with its expansion into the COST U LESS retail warehouse in St. Croix. The family-owned brand, celebrated for its Caribbean-inspired lemonade blends, hosted a launch event in December, featuring tastings, cultural performances, and community connections.

Blending Culture and Family
Rooted in the rich heritage of Jamaica, Puerto Rico, and St. Croix, the Reid-Ventura family has built Juju & Cece’s Lemonades as a vibrant reflection of their Caribbean roots. Parents Ramone Reid-Ventura, proudly Jamaican, and Mikey Ventura, of Puerto Rican and Crucian descent, bring their entrepreneurial spirit and cultural pride to the heart of the business. Together, they have instilled values of hard work and creativity in their daughters, crafting not just a thriving business but a cherished family legacy.
The journey began in 2020 when Juliett, at just three years old, saw entrepreneurial potential in her mother’s homemade lemonade. With her sister Gracie, the duo has turned a simple idea into a thriving business, balancing their academic success with managing a growing brand.
A Platform for Representation
Juju & Cece’s Lemonades is more than a product; it’s a symbol of empowerment for young Caribbean girls. Through experiences like presenting at entrepreneurial forums, meeting industry leaders, and selling at Macy’s in Atlanta, Juliett and Gracie have proven that age and background are no barriers to success.
Their parents’ leadership has also played a crucial role. Ramone, founder of Cultured Naturals Body Care, and Mikey, owner of MVS Exterminating, have shown their daughters the importance of community, sustainability, and innovation.
A Celebration of Caribbean Flavors
The brand is known for its farm-to-bottle approach, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create unique flavors like “Sorrel Not Sorry” and “Laughing Lemongrass.” The launch at COST U LESS introduced four new blends, including “Carnival, Farm Blend,” a celebration of tropical fruits and botanicals.
The Reid-Ventura family expressed gratitude to their supporters and local farmers who have contributed to their success. As the business grows, they remain committed to their mission of celebrating Caribbean culture while inspiring others to pursue their dreams.
