Richie Culture, the Birmingham, UK-based recording artist, unveils his latest offering, the follow-up to his 2020 EP, First Steps. Entitled Hail H.I.M., this 4-track EP, produced by Robbie Melody and released via Trench Road Records, serves as a heartfelt homage to Emperor Haile Selassie I, an influential figure in the Rastafari movement. As a Rastafarian himself, Richie Culture channels his personal journey and deep-rooted inspiration from Haile Selassie I into four captivating tracks. His distinctive vocals are complemented by the rich, authentic instrumentation crafted by talented artists such as Robbie Melody and Bongo Damo. The EP showcases a blend of genres, ranging from traditional roots reggae to more modern influences. It carries a powerful message of unity, optimism, and overcoming obstacles with a hopeful perspective.
