New Twinkle Brothers albums
NEW RELEASES
The Twinkle Brothers have been on a serious mission ever since they dropped Rasta Pon Top back in 1976. Since then, they’ve dropped more than 40 albums and a ridiculous amount of singles. They’re easily one of the most hard-working groups in reggae history. And with Norman Grant still at the front after all these decades, the energy hasn’t faded one bit.
And now, in the last month of 2025, they’ve quietly added five new albums to their catalog. All digital for now. Four vocal sets, and one heavy dub collection called The Twinkle Brothers In Dub, pulled from their recording sessions at Channel One and Treasure Isle during the ’70s and early ’80s.
Another release is Supernatural Forces, a 16-track set built in SW London before the crew moved the action to Jamaica. Then there’s Idiot — 15 tracks straight from Norman Grant’s own Twinkle Studios in Falmouth. Power Of Jah follows with 12 tunes mixed at Ariwa by Demondo, running through roots, soul, Nyabinghi, and even a touch of gospel. Sin No More rounds things off with 18 tracks, including four sung by Ralston Grant.
Vinyl heads don’t worry — the LPs are scheduled for mid-2026.
