Cosmic Shuffling made their debut in 2023 with the release of their first album, the vocal set Cosmic Quest. Their second album, set to release in September 2024, will highlight the instrumental talents of the Swiss septet. To tease fans and music enthusiasts, Fruits Records dropped two fresh 7” singles with four instrumentals from the upcoming album.

The track on the A-side of the first 7″ vinyl is Poor M. Collins. Led by a gorgeous horns and flute top line, it will have you grooving to its infectious beat. On the other side, Memories of Plans-Bochet will take you on a nostalgic musical journey.

The second 7″ single kicks off with Sputnik , a lively ska piece that transports you back to sixties Jamaica. The vibrant six piece horns section and the trombone and tenor saxophone solos are a joy to hear. On the B-side, Sun Storm offers a completely different style with an organ-driven reggae beat and a horns section that adds a special touch to the listening experience.
