Roy Sadler was born in Walkerswood, Saint Ann, Jamaica, in a district called Golden Grove. At an early age, he and his mom, who was a teacher at the time, moved to New York. Now an adult and living in Utah he maintains a strong Jamaican identity and connection to the island. In this episode of Jamaicans to the World, Roy sits down with Xavier Murphy to discuss his experience living in the states, culture shocks and adjustments and staying connected to his Jamaican roots in Utah.
