On August 29, reggae lovers will be treated to a special collaboration as Beres Hammond teams up with Tanya Stephens for their first-ever studio duet, Love Story. The single, produced by Arthur Wale, will be released on Free Willy Records and distributed by VPAL Music.
Hammond, revered as one of reggae’s most soulful voices, has built a legacy through timeless hits like Rockaway, They Gonna Talk and Tempted To Touch while Stephens is celebrated for her sharp songwriting and classics such as It’s a Pity and These Streets.
Earlier this month, Hammond was presented with the Reggae Icon Award at Jamaica’s Grand Gala by Prime Minister Andrew Holness, a tribute to his enduring contribution to the genre.
