‘Just for Peace’ album supports World Peace
Any initiative geared towards unity and love needs our support. It is for this reason that people are encouraged to support Michael “Beatbopper” Hudgins, executive producer of his latest album, ‘Just for Peace International’.
The 12-track reggae set features a number of international acts, including Kabaka Pyramid (Grammy winner, Best Reggae Album 2023), and international trending artistes Valiant, Third World Don, and Stonebwoy.
“This album is not for any particular country, it is for the entire world, caught up with too much hate, disunity, and wars. It doesn’t seem mankind is prepared to positively change lives. As a result, they keep pouring out hate lyrics.”
Hudgins adds that “I began supporting the Just for Peace outfit in Jamaica when I learnt of the needs of youths and children in that country.”
Since 2001, Beatbopper Music has been sponsoring several children, especially those who are fatherless. They have received funding to help with school fees, lunches, and books. His most recent contribution went to three students attending Oberlin High School in St. Andrew.
In addition, he has been helping to instill values and attitudes by sponsoring talent contests geared toward promoting conscious lyrics.
Two such youths, Lahjihkal and Kryme Rate, have secured spots on the ‘Just for Peace’ album.
Beatpopper’s mission is to fully sponsor 20 students for the 2024 to 2025 academic school year. The cost of a ‘Just for Peace’ album is US$ 4.99 via Amazon and iTunes platforms.
