Shaka Pow Hot Summer Song

Dancehall deejay Shaka Pow has recognized that this summer, recorded as one of the hottest temperatures, will mean that we will be experiencing tremendous heat.

His latest project for this summer is an expression of how Jamaicans and those experiencing tropical climates can have fun during this summer and beyond.

The song, “Fi Dah Summer Yah,” released two weeks ago is on the YGP 1 Camp Promotions label for producer Unruly Kelly.

The infectious video was shot in Payne Land, Kingston, where the studio is located.

“Kingston is one of Jamaica’s music capitals, an area which has empowered the likes of Yellowman, Frankie Paul, and many others,” Shaka Pow asserts.

This is the deejay’s first summer song, a blend of the new school and old school, and is all about having fun responsibly.

Shaka Pow is currently promoting “Unconditional,” an Afrobeat song titled “Community,” and is planning Season Two of his very successful Fully Bright school tour.
