UK’s legendary Saxon Sound, established in 1976 by Lloyd “Musclehead” Francis and Dennis Rowe, has officially become the exclusive distributor for legendary producer Harry Mudie’s revered Moodisc Records catalogue. The first wave of reissued foundation classics on 7″ vinyl includes Dennis Walks’ rare She Pon Top (A-side) and Gladstone Anderson’s even rarer instrumental piece Black Beat (Re-Mix) (B-side). The other 7″ reissue features G.G. Grossett’s fast early reggae tune Run Girl and Carl Bryan’s Run For Your Life. These rare gems are now back in circulation, ready to ignite turntables and sound systems worldwide.
