Born in Brooklyn, New York, singer Ras Hiloh rose to prominence in the mid-’90s, achieving recognition with his single Are You Satisfied featuring the Lalabella Riddim. His tenor vocal has often drawn comparisons to the iconic Garnet Silk, with occasional echoes of Junior Reid and Yami Bolo. Since releasing his debut album, Ras Shiloh & Idrens – Chants, in 1996, he has enriched his discography with six additional studio albums. Among these are the modern classic Coming Home, produced by Bobby Digital, and Only King Selassie, produced by King Jammy, both released in 2007.

See it Deh marks the latest album from the roots vocalist. This release succeeds the 2020 album Ras Shiloh Remembers Garnet Silk (Tribute), which featured covers of songs performed by Garnet Silk. In addition to the earlier singles On My Ship and See It Deh, the 12-track album also includes several familiar tracks like Long Live The King and Righteousness.

The album, produced by Shedlon and Michael “Jah Mikes” Coburn, is released by New York-based company Reggae Vibes Productions and is available on all download and streaming platforms.
