Richcode’s ‘Missing My Son’, a heart-rendering song by JENUiN, is expected to bring back a bungle of memories throughout the world.

“It is one of those stories which could make you cry, but take you to the highest point of reality,” according to producer Richcode M.M.C.

“Life and death is a path of life’s journey. We must look for good times and bad times, failures and successes.”

“This song will allow other artistes to express their inner feelings and prepare for a bright future.”

“One of my saddest moments was when my dear grandmother died in 2008. That moment was sad because it was unexpected. When everyone was out having fun, I was the one sitting at grandma’s feet, soothing her body so she could get some ease from her pains.”

Continuing on his newest project, Richcode says, “JENUiN was supposed to voice on one of my riddims. However, he called the day to say his babymother was expecting to give birth. So, he never made it to Tuff Gong International studios.”

“There were celebrations in store for JENUiN with news of a safe delivery, but then came a shocker – the death of his newborn son ten days later. As a Christian, I gave JENUiN sound counseling that God was beside him to make him strong in times of grief. It was this loss which led to JENUiN recording ‘Missing My Son’ on my Richcode label.”

“I am confident ‘Missing My Son’ will be long remembered and definitely expand the artiste’s catalogue of music.”

The song was released in May 2024 on over 300 digital platforms worldwide. It is distributed by Hapilus. A music video is in the making.
