Emerging reggae artiste Geppi Don is showering praises on Richcode Music for producing “Cyah Be Loyal” in which he collaborates with three other artistes – Hot Vybes, JENUiN, and Lyan Turbo.

Geppi Don also hopes this opportunity will land him among some of the greatest collaborations of all time such as Elton John and George Michael”s ‘Don’t Let The Sun Go Down” and Michael Jackson and Paul McCartney’s ‘Say Say Say’.

“Elton John and George Michael’s “Don’t Let The Sun Go Down” is a testament of two powerful vocals coming together, while Michael Jackson and Paul McCartney’s exceptional songwriting and infectious melody makes it an instant hit.”

Turning to Richcode, Geppi Don says, “It seems ordained that I should be part of this amazing project. Richcode and I are cousins and we spent much time together. We both love music, always wanting to be in the spotlight.”

“He (Richcode) was always serious and determined in whatever he attempted. And from he mentioned the word ‘riddim’, I knew he was in for something great.”

“I was totally attracted to the rich authentic sound of the riddim with its heavy bassline.”

“Having listened to the chorus done by Lyan Turbo, I was convinced that we were in a commanding lead. Lyan Turbo gave me the vibes to address disloyalty which I had experienced so often.”

“I wrote my verse in less than an hour and the result after the song was recorded was amazing.”

Geppi Don, born Garth Cox, started writing songs at age 12, and by 17 he had released his debut song, ‘Good Bye’.

He believes artistes like Michael Jackson, Paul McCartney, and others can be remembered for their creativity and hard work which he has promised to emulate.
